We were told early check in was possible, but it was like pulling teeth the day of to do so. We didn’t even want a room just wanted to store our luggage for a long lay over and getting that accommodated was difficult as well. Eventually after 2 hours plus on the phone trying to cancel and obtain a refund were we accommodated. I don’t want to totally bash the staff that day but no managers on duty to assist on busy weekends is a big foul up. They need to fix atleast that and be try to be a little more flexible when trying to find solutions to assist you.

The property is run down, in need of renovations! The bathroom really needed a painting and a steam cleaning of the tile grout! There was no sofa, no comfortable chair. It appeared there should have been a desk but there was a lamp hanging over nothing. The room was freezing and there was no way to adjust the temperature except to turn off the air conditioning! The breakfast was ok but not good. The only plus was the free shuttle to and from the airport. There was a IHOP and a Chinese restaurant nearby....nothing else! Avoid booking this hotel.
