It was freshly remodeled. So fresh in fact that the sandpaper that the staff was using to touch up in the restroom was left on the counter. overall the stay was just fine and convenient to the location that I was in town for.

Third time staying, always good, however, a complimentary microwave would be a good addition. A $10.00 per night charge for a microwave over 5 nights does not make sense. Staff need to get familiar with the nearby restaurants. Mr. Chef Chinese restaurant was discovered within walking distance. The shuttle for Sawgrass did not pick up at the hotel this year & an additional $6.37 was incurred using an Uber for pickup at the Ramada as suggested by hotel staff. The return was much different since we simply asked the driver to drop us off opposite the mall. Knowing that the staff interact with foreigners on a daily basis it would be an asset for them to get familiar with the basic requirements e.g. transportation, food, shopping etc. The hotel is always a safe, pleasant place & we would definitely stay again.

Staff and housekeeping was great however the conditions of the bathrooms were not great. There was rust on door bolts, the tub faucets were detaching from wall, stain tub, and to top it off the last night there the toilet started making a weird noise and unless you flushed it, it would keep doing it. They only gave me one day of parking for free for a whole night of discomfort. The staff was apologetic but i thought at least the last night stay should have been free as i didn't sleep half of the night anyway. A manager said they would call and they never called. Very dissatisfied and i wont be staying again there.
