Check in time is 3 PM. We checked in at 4:15 and our rooms were not ready yet. It was a huge problem because we were supposed to be at a party at 5 PM and needed to get into the rooms to get ready. There were no apologies or sense of urgency. Other than that the hotel is fine. It was clean

shuttle to airport and local business

Pros: friendly service
We used the airport shuttle to get to the hotel. A quick phone call and they arrived 15 min. later at the door. We were greeted and quickly found our comfortable modern room. The hotel is near the entertainment district, so we took off walking in the evening feeling very safe and walked to several restaurant==night spots at the recommendation of the staff to find a nice sandwich 'bar food' for dinner. They offered to shuttle us. We used this as a stop the night before a cruise and it worked perfect. We walked to a Burger King the next morning for a quick breakfast and then called Uber for a $13 transfer to the port.

Hotel being renovated.

What can I say? The staff was pleasant. Room was OK. The front lobby basically non functional due to construction. Breakfast was served in a small room which was freezing cold. No fitness room. Pool was nice, but water could have used a few degrees of warmth. Will stay closer to the airport or in Coconut Grove next time.

Sweet hotel in residential Coral Gables

Pros: Nestled in a residential area but close walking distance to lots of Coral Gables attractions.
Cons: Breakfast was standard fare but still enjoyed fruit and yogurt with a waffle.
Location: Can walk to Peruvian and Indian restaurants, museum, and shops.
This quiet hotel is surrounded by the lovely Spanish architecture of Coral Gables. The staff were helpful and accommodating; rooms pleasant and clean. Nice pool on second floor. Airport shuttle service is a real plus.

Brief but very pleasant stay

Pros: Room cleanliness and a very comfortable bed.
Cons: Bathroom is very small and somewhat stuffy, needs some ventilation.
Location: We walked a few blocks to the Miracle Mile to sight see and have dinner. The remainder of our time was spent elsewhere visiting family.
We were at this hotel for a very brief two nights. The building and room, although older, was in very good condition and the room was very nice. Our stay was comfortable and convenient.

Nice clean hotel, very convenient to University of Miami and the airport.Breakfast buffet not worth the money but several nearby places to eat.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
A great hotel for the price. Very conveniently located to University of Miami and near the airport. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was too cool to use the pool so cannot comment on that. Room was comfortable and we will be staying there again.

Under Construction Disaster

This hotel is under construction. Do not stay here! I checked in to a room that had an industrial fan blowing onto a wet carpet under the window. The hall were dirty and damp. There was no restaurant. At 7 AM, jackhammers started directly under our window. We quickly packed our bags and got out. Please stay away!
