    hotel computer was hacked. they couldnt find my reservation, then when i finnally got in my room the next day when i came back form the pool, they had sold my room while my luggage and belongings we still in the room. I called front desk to complain and the sent a manager up and he told me he was sorry but they needed my room so the put me in a suite in one of the other towers on the property. 2 hrs later. time wasted. then sunday go to the pool , computers still down and could not get a drink unless i paid cash. after leaving the pool and going to my new room my key would no longer work. i aske a housekeeper if she would let me in but she said i needed to go downstairs. i go to the front desk and there are 100 people waiting to get checked in or checked out, computer still down( was told FBI WAS CALLED)i go back up stairs and try my key again and still does not work, a hotel staffer saw my problem and asked me to go downstairs with her and she will try to reactivate my key now 7pm this started at 3pm .I miss a dinner with client because i could not get in my room to shower and change. when i finally get in my room thinking what else could happen. 3 am I get a knocking on my door, hotel security wanted to know what i was doing in that room since the computer said the room was vacant. i pack my bags go down to the front desk to complain and she says she cant help because the computers are still down, I would like a refund for my 3 days of hell there

    AWFUL. STAY AWAY. Hotels who server was down( no computers etc were working- checking in BY PAPER)- Couldn't check in, 100s of people in line to get a room, only for them to find out that there wasn't rooms available. Waited in line at check in for hours. Story kept changing with each employee. How can a hotel of this size have its whole system down for days on end? When I checked in on 1/18 it was already down for 3 days and no one notified us before arriving. Couldn't charge anything to our room, most of their bars/restaurants were cash only. CASH ONLY?? seriously?? It made for an awful vacation and I plan on being fully refunded by expedia as they should uphold their standards to only represent hotels that can follow through with their bookings! Not to mention that the hotel itself has gone downhill,service was awful, took 30 minuets for anyone to pay attention to me at the bar to order a watered down drink!

    It was the worst experience I’ve had at a resort. We did not get our room until 8:30 pm and that was after waiting in line for 2 hours. Our one key did not work so security had to let us in our room.

    The check in process took so long. We were there at 11am and were told we will get a text when the room is ready at 4pm. We didn’t get checked in till 5pm. Did not get the bay view room. We got a view of the AC unit on the roof. There was no wifi. I was told they will comp for the first night and haven’t heard from anyone yet. We ordered food by the pool and took an hour and 15 minutes to get. It was my birthday weekend and it was ruined by the stay here. Will not stay here again. We paid a lot of money for the room and did not get our money’s worth.

    The entire experience was terrible. Their network was down throughout the entire stay, which made check in take 3 HOURS. The key cards to the rooms did not work, the staff was unhelpful, and the entire experience was ruined. The hotel needs to give us a full refund. We know that their information got hacked, and we do not want our financial date compromised by their negligence of having a good firewall.
