The staff was very nice but the property is definitely overpriced Lounge chairs and furniture at the pool are old and in very bad conditions Rooms are over used and need maintenance and updating Not worth the price they charge

When it comes to the poolside chairs, we have already placed an order for brand new pool chairs and cushions, so this matter would also be resolved in the near future. In the meantime, we do wish to assure you that our onsite team is regularly pressure washing the cushions of the poolside chairs to ensure they are clean. Beautiful property but Over priced for the stay. Dirty rooms, broken toilet, mold, dead bedbug in curtain, dirty bathroom, ac/heating system.my room had to be changed 4 times with almost all the same issues. Every day u would hear a customer complaining and the manage refused to let u speak to the general manager. Rudy the manager said he gave the Gm my number and the man still didn’t call me.Do not let the pictures fool u to stay here. I ignored the reviews because of the picture and it was all tries. the rooms are unacceptable and unsanitary. One cold Miami night of my stay my kids and I froze. Run don’t book this place

The 7th floor adults only pool was nice but the hot tubs didn't work/weren't hot. Towels were scarce and hard to get. No washcloths or hand towels. Shower head broken. Having 2 bathrooms was great.

I arrived at the hotel on Friday, March 5 for my wife's birthday weekend. That evening we went to get a bite to eat around 10 pm, on our way out the door we stopped by the front desk to ask for someone from housekeeping to make the sofa bed for us. We returned to the hotel around 11:30 pm only to find an unmade sofa bed. My room phone did not work and I had to go back downstairs to the front desk to ask if they could help me out. They tried reaching out to the housekeeper by phone and by text message to no avail. I went to my room and then to the linen closet and got the linen myself and made my son's bed. At 12:30 am a gentleman came to my room with lines and when I told him I took care of it and he stormed away pissed off like I wasted his time and it was my fault. The next day I called Travelocity who spoke with the on-duty day manager who attempted to make it right by taking off the resort fee and a night parking fee. The other issues were a combination of things like kids running wild and jumping into the pools and the hot tubs covered in sand, a group of people took off without paying their restaurant tab which brought several police officers to the hotel. In the evening the hotel had no one working at the bar so I had to walk 2 blocks to a nearby hotel to sit and have a during with my wife. The "adult" pool had so many spring breakers that you couldn't even get to sit in the hot tub. The hot tub that did work was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. Bad!!

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. Upon my arrival, the room and hallways were filthy. I had to call the front desk to have the cleaning staff re-clean the room they had cleaned just an hour before my arrival. The cushions for the beach and pool areas were stained and or torn. The beach, upon my arrival, was dirty. Thankfully improvements were made on the 2nd day to clean it up a bit. They crowd 100 chairs on a small plot of beach so you are right on top of your neighbor. The soap and shampoos smelled awful. I was so glad I bt my own. Inexcusable for the price to stay at this hotel. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels. This is not one of them. Only plus was that the staff was friendly, professional and welcoming.
