Hello Robert. We are a smoke-free hotel. If we are aware that a guest has smoked in our rooms, they will be fined, as stated in the welcome letter that was acknowledged during check-in. We do not have parking at the hotel.We are a historic Miami Beach property that was originally built in the 1930's without future parking in mind. There is public parking located nearby or additional parking several blocks away. Thank you for your feedback.
