Let me start by telling you what I didn't like. My coffee maker was not working in my room, i called to have it fixed or replaced, NEVER happened. I went downstairs and had to pay $9.00 for a cup of coffee. The music that is played poolside sucks. When you go on vacation, especially to an adult only hotel you'd expect the atmosphere to be more upbeat. I came to celebrate my birthday and had to go away from the hotel to do so. On another occasion the room service menu would not pull up on our phones so I called down and they said they would send us a menu, NEVER got one. Id except more for the price i paid and the prices of food and drinks. What I did like was some of the pool and ocean staff. They were awesome and on top of everything!

Besides the cleanliness, there is only bad things to say about this hotel. They had duplicate charges and astronomical resort fees. Not to mention zero parking for their guests, so you’re essentially forced to pay for valet for every day of your stay. The valet staff have terrible attitudes to top it off. I’m sure there are better places to stay than being ripped off at this place.

Not the best experience, first stay was definitely better. Eric was amazing serving at the pool and at the beach. He’s 100/10 Other than that, no body was meeting the expectations for bare minimum. Hotel had the music festival during the stay, pool was not accessible due to the event and we had to walk around the hotel to get to the beach. Even though we stayed 6 days they only gave one ticket per guest for the event, or we had to purchase a ticket if we wanted to access the pool. After the event finished we lost another day because they spend a whole day taking out the equipments. Our last day was the worst service at the beach and pool, no body checked if we needed anything or gave us a menu and when we asked for ice we were told that we have to order drinks to get ice. When we informed the front desk we were told someone will reach out to us, no body did. At the checkout we signed the receipt then we found extra charges that was not on the receipt, i called multiple times and was told someone will call me back and no body ever did for a week, until i called to speak with a manager then i was able to talk to someone.

I’ve stayed at this hotel two times now and it is so amazing. I love it so much. It’s so close to all the nightlife in Miami. Also, the vibes are just so relaxing. The pools are amazing, the beach is amazing. Will definitely be coming back. I love it here so much!!

I am very happy to leave a great review, because this is a great hotel. the poolside cabana room was beautiful, as was the rest of the hotel, the service was attentive and impeccable and the restaurant was top-notch. We will be returning.

My fiancé and I just got back from an AMAZING stay at National Hotel in Miami. He property was so clean and well maintained. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were delicious. Plus you can’t beat the location. We will definitely be returning! We were blown away with the hotel’s service. Some of the best we have ever had.

My fiancé and I just got back from 4 nights at National Hotel in Miami and we were blown away by it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room and entire property were so clean and well cared for. The food and drinks were DELICIOUS. Plus you are located within walking distance to a ton of great restaurants and shops. This hotel is a 10/10 - excellent stay!!
