We found underwear in our shower, stains and dry crud on comforter. We had to call the owner of room and she replaced comforter the next day. Bobby pins in our sheets. The place smelled like weed. People we’re hanging out there windows smoking. Front desk was no help with problems in the room. I hated going down to lobby because staff would stare at you and not say hi. Extra charge for toilet paper. We ran out and had to use napkins. The lobby was a hangout for people because the WiFi was terrible. No bar or restaurant. I would not recommend. Would not recommend.

I liked that it was oceanfront. I didn’t like that the room I rented was privately owned which I didn’t know so we got none of the amenities that the hotel guest received. I thought the hotel staff was rude. The rooms were very old and kinda dirty.

Mildew, mold, rust, blood stained sheets

Mildew, mold, and rust in the bathroom. Blood stained sheets and a dirty comforter too. Our 50 inch TV had a mind of its own, randomly turning on and off the first 3 days of our stay, (probably because it was plugged into a small extension chord that didn't have the ground prong, so it was just left out). It was replaced with a little 13" screen, which wasn't even comparable in size! There was mildew in the grout of the shower walls, little black hairs all over the tub, and rust all around the bathroom door! Too disgusting to bathe my 19 month old child in! As for the blood stained sheets and dirty comforter, we were told they don't do bedding exchanges! Is it too much to expect clean bedding when you arrive? Apparently this is a privately owned condo, so the front desk refuses to answer questions or help in any way! They were completely rude and even refused to hold items at the front desk we had ordered for our baby! They wouldn't even provide beach towels for us to use at the pool or ocean. We were completely ostracized because we had a "privately owned room." I had no idea I booked a privately owned room within a hotel! Worst experience at a hotel we have ever had!
