The walls are paper thin, we heard everyone's footsteps, conversations, and we even smelt the food cooking in the restaurant downstairs. The extended car park and shuttle to the airport were the best amenitites.

Check in was horrible!! We got there early and they said that they didn't have any rooms available. (No problem, we were okay to wait) but then they kept checking in other people before us. We were waiting in the lobby for hours and in line multiple times before we got a room. So weird and frustrating!!! Something to know for people with disabilities, there's 2 stories and no elevator. Make sure to indicate that you need a 1st floor room, or book somewhere else. (Other people in the lobby were having this issue.) BUT, when we got to the room it was very nice. Very spacious and newly renovated. Had a kitchenette, walk in closet and plenty of space.

Hotel with shuttle convenient to airport. Staff nice. Pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. No time. Breakfast was nice. We returned our rental car and used shuttle to get back to hotel. Also the next morning for our flight.

We had good shuttle service but the vehicles were dirty. The property is obviously old and not well maintained. The pool was large and the water was warm but the pool and area weren’t maintained well the deck was dirty as well as the chairs. The rooms were small and the carpet was dirty. It was over priced for what we got. The 2 stars were accurate.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Pool was well kept and clean and the room was clean and comfortable. Transport to and from Port Miami was easy to set up on-site and reasonably priced. Laundry room was clean and easy to use. Old Tom's bar on-site had great food. We would stay here again.
