The only good part of the hotel was the breakfast. We arrived at 1 am and when I attempted to check in, a gentleman on the side had a ton of snacks he was trying to purchase, and they had to be counted 1 by 1 then added up with a calculator. We finally got checked in around 130 go to the room and the air conditioner sounded like it was about to fly out of the room. we were given another room and I was told if this room was loud, we would have to try the other building where only 1 elevator worked. The floor we move to smelt like marijuana. i would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Property is in a busy location, very limited walk options do to proximity of highway and similar business venue's. Ok, of staying one night, but thats abouy it. Improvements are always needed at front desk. Lack of awaranes at check in having to wait more than usual

There is supposed to be a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. We waited a hour for pickup. Called the hotel, when I finally spoke with someone, they were very rude, said they would send someone over and hung up. The shuttle driver was very nice. We get to the hotel, there were 3 people at the desk. It took 25 mins for them to check us in, and no one was in line before us. They finally give us the keys and that's it, no mention of where the room is, what time breakfast is, nothing about amenities, nothing. The front desk staff was very short with us and very rude. The rooms left a lot to be desired, nothing like the pictures. The beds are small and hard, no carpet on the floors, tv didn't work, fridge made a buzzing noise, opened the fridge and there was old items in there , microwave was outdated, shower was small, had to play with the nozzle to get it work. The water was lukewarm. The 2nd day our rooms didn't get cleaned. I called down to ask for towels, there were 4 people working but no one could bring them to us. When we stopped to get towels the front desk agent was very rude, said it wasn't his fault the maid didn't clean the rooms. He gave us towels but said he didn't have access to anything else. The heat didnt work,they did fix it. There's no auto on the units so it just runs and runs. The hallways were gloomy looking and the carpet in the hall was dingy. Breakfast was okay, definitely not anything healthy. Nothing about this hotel is worth $200 a night!

my TV remote did not work and when the front desk clerk sent security up to help he did not speak any English. The phone did not work at all the front desk clerk stated that there was no maintenance person on the ground to repair but that someone would come up next day to fix, that never happened. Continental breakfast ran out and foods were not replaced. The Port Shuttle left me, due to the driver leaving 20 minutes early

The employees at register are 5 star out of 5 excellent and breakfast. Hotel room needs an upgrade from all the patches covering every hole in the wall being a premium room rate 2 star out of 5.

Small rooms and VERY SMALL RESTROOM LOSS A LOT TIME IN CHECK IN PAY EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING INCLUDED PARKING FOR MY CAR. REALLY DISSATISFY WITH THIS HOTEL I CAN GET SOMETHING BETTER FOR MY MONEY.
