Location was fabulous. Only one block from the beach we were walking distance to all the South Beach restaurants and bars. The staff was amazing very accommodating held our luggage even though we weren’t leaving till very late the day we checked out would definitely come back.

Desk staff here are exceptional. The hotel is in a nice spot a few minutes from the beach. No breakfast (only meal a bit more challenging to work out) but lots of great places nearby. Safe area.

Nice room and looby, the keys deactivate every other minute and then there are lineups at the looby, they have bike rentals which are a terrible experience. Just get the city bikes… They give me 1 card for beach towels and boucher bros and they didn’t want to give me 2 towels, umbrellas are extra and the service is pretty bad, like they are doing you a favour. Location is amazing, the pool is nice and the bedroom is good, the doors are pretty loud you can hear everyone else shutting/slamming them. The staff at the hotel are amazing, friendly and respectful

The shower did not drain and so I was standing in inches of water. The rope chain on the door blinds was broken and the safe did not work. We asked for extra pillows and housekeeping never showed up. It was in a great location, the people were friendly.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Gates Hotel in South Beach. The hotel is in an amazing location (just a touch away from the hustle and bustle of South Beach (5 min walk), where you can enjoy all of South Beach's amenities (Beach, Bikes, Pool) in a quieter setting. The hotel lobby smells soo good, I'm not sure what fragrance they use, but it is really welcoming. The room had an amazing view of the pool. The pool is very chill and is delightful. There is a hot tub too! The staff treated us sooooo well. A huge thanks to Michael and Eloise for making our stay magical. They helped us with accommodations, things to do in Miami, and a late checkout (as we needed to leave for the airport later). Michael and Eloise ensured that our stay was the most memorable time. We really appreciate Michael and Eloise and we also loved the hotel. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for an amazing experience.
