We are steps to the beach and Ocean Drive. We offer complimentary use of beach towels, round-trip airport transportation, and nightly Happy Hour drinks. I tried to call this hotel front desk every hour for 8 hours the day before arriving and could not get a live person on the phone. Will not be booking here again.

Not the greatest hotel experience. The type of room that you book is not guaranteed at all. No refunds. The room had this smell of musk that doesn't go away. The hot water in shower takes a couple of minutes to kick in. Not the greatest view unless you room is facing the front of the hotel. The rooms are kind of small.

Worst place ever!!!

Arrived to check in at 8:05 pm to find they had given our room to someone else. They offered a different room with separate beds...for a honeymoon! All they could say was “well check in time is at 3”. When I told him we wanted to cancel and get a refund and we would find another place to stay, he laughed and said “good luck...everything’s booked”. Upon notifying Travelocity we were only refunded half of the hotel price! I’ll never book with either one again!!

It was absolutely a nightmare!!!!!!

We switched rooms 3 times in 1 night!!1st room didn't have hot water..they agreed to move us and said hot water is hit or miss in some rooms..2nd room water leak in the closet.. 3rd rooms took 20 minutes for the water to get hot and still wasn't hot as needed to be..but they did move us to a sister hotel that was decent..not the best but decent and they did refund our first night after 2 weeks of following up about a refund they promised..I wouldn't stay there for free!!!
