The hotel was extremely clean and we felt very safe. We walked to a restaurant that was great. We loved the safety feature of using your keycard in the elevator to access your floor, but wish we would have been informed upon check-in. Others were having the same issue of it not stopping on their floor.

The general area around the Tru is a bit “up and coming” but the hotel is nice enough. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early. It’s quiet and the bed is comfortable.
