Impressed, after repeating my stay at the hotel several times, I had some clothes left in the room, even unused, I returned to claim them less than 24 hours later, they told me that they could not help me until the next day. That night I stayed at the hotel again and in the morning, the lady at the reception told me that I had to wait for the supervisor, I waited a reasonable amount of time and she never arrived. I let her know that she would return later after about 3 hours. When I arrived, they told me they didn't have it. When I asked the front desk for information, she was very rude. When the blonde supervisor answered me, she never addressed me directly, not even in front of me. I don't recommend this place if it works with these people and things like that happen.

Regarding the fact that you had to wait for the housekeeping supervisor is because only she has the key to the locker in housekeeping where found items in rooms are placed, hence the reason they said to wait. Again I apologize you had to go through this with us and hope to make a more pleasant experience next time if you choose to stay in our hotel once again. Thank you! and have a nice day.

Everything was good and the staff was lovely but the restaurant was just ok and the waitress has a bit of an attitude but given some of the guest was not of high standards- i understand! Lol also, we we requested a print out / break down of our stay and the front desk was unable to do so - not good if you are in business and need paper trails or your travel. I had to call and have the accounts department email the break down of my stay. Also it seems they have a water pressure issue that needs to be addressed. Other than those little fixable issues - I really liked the male front desk guy’s personality and professionalism! I would hire him in a second!!

Not to far away from the Miami airport. Clean rooms and good amenities. My only complaint is the Shutterbus doesn't operate early in the morning 2:00-5:30 am.
