Bed was comfortable. Linens and towels were like new. Free hot chocolate with marshmallows, chocolate chips and Graham crackers on a snowy night was a real treat. Breakfast was among the best. We always stayed in Homewood.

A bit disappointing.

Stopped here while traveling… exterior appearance and photos are a bit deceiving. Upon arrival the automated door was broken. Ok I can deal. But then the elevators are not clearly marked and my husband and I got separated because he went up the wrong elevator. The room layout was nice except the bathroom was part of the closed off room leaving my kids to have to come in our room to use the restroom. The room showed its age by some cosmetic renovations, but wall paper was pealing, there were urine stains on the wall behind the toilet, the ceiling fan was loud and creaky.

Crumbs on the pullout bed. Toilet paper holder not secured in wall, so didnt hold paper. Small beds in suite. Breakfast was good and suite was spacious. Staff was friendly and very accomodating.

Nice hotel, needs cleaning

The hotel was nice and the staff was ok. The cleanliness of the hotel room left a lot to be desired. When we checked in, I had to contact the head of housekeeping to have our room cleaned.
