Doc's Lake house 1st floor, 2 bedroom apartment

Rustic 2 bedroom apartment on the lake. Fully furnished. Living room, Kitchen bathroom. Linens, towels, cookware, and lots more included. Wi-Fi and Netflix also included. Gas stove in the kitchen, also have a Grill for you to use to cook on. Full refrigerator/freezer. All you have to do is stock it with food. Master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a full bed,. A beautiful private lake access is just across the street and only shared with the 4 houses on the property. Stairs for easy shallow (about knee level) walk into the water. Gradually walk out to deeper water. There's also a couple of Kayaks and a canoe available for guests use. We have corn hole, horseshoe pit, badminton/ volley ball net and Board games for rainy indoor family time or out on the porch. Our association has recently changed our pet policy for renters. No dogs during the months June, July and August. 1 dog during September and October. We will allow 2 dogs November thru the end of May.
