Newly remodeled lake front home on Gun Lake! This spacious 3 bedroom/1 bath/2 half bath home has all the amenities for a relaxing and fun family vacation. The master bedroom and bath are located on the main level, two bedrooms upstairs with twin beds in one and a queen in the other. One of the half baths is also located upstairs. The main level has two family rooms and open concept kitchen.
Located on Elmwood Beach Drive and across from the Yankee Springs State Park, you walk out the back door to find the lake at your fingertips. A large yard for all your outdoor activities, waterfront deck and dock with a ladder. Bring all your water toys and inflatable as the sandy bottom of the lake makes it perfect for kids and adults to swim and relax. Enjoy the beautiful sun sets while you grill out as we offer an outdoor charcoal grill for your convince.

Great family vacation!
Beautiful view of the lake & sunsets. Easy to access the water and it has a nice sandy bottom to play in the water. The house is nicely taken care of. Owner is easy to contact and responds quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property is as advertised. Lake level so no steps down to the lake. Beautiful sandy beach. Dock accommodated our pontoon boat for the week. Beautiful sunsets, and wonderful memories made!

Nice beach house
The dock and firm shallow sand are great for swimming! The view and outdoor seating invited us outside. Several ceiling fans help cool the air. The kitchen is well stocked. Expensive but really nice beach house.

A nice little place. Clean, good location, sandy lake bottom and a nice view of the lake. Rental rate a bit high, but supply and demand dictates. One lane road in and out can be a pain at times.

So Relaxing!
My daughter was in a tournament in Grand Rapids, and we wanted some downtime when she wasn't competing - this was perfect! The lake is shallow & clear with nice sandy bottom. Evenings outside were virtually bug free, lightning bugs were magical! Beds were perfect & kitchen was stocked with all the basics. Second living room was great for the kids to separate. Gas grill was perfect for grilling fresh brats from Tom's Meats. Neighbors are very friendly. Even my picky father liked the place!

This property has a great location on the lake, plenty of space to accommodate a large group, the owner responded very quickly with all my questions, and the house is beautifully decorated. Highly recommend a family trip here.

Great week to be on the water
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Gun Lake cottage. With temps in the 90's, we spent tons of time in the water. All of us, including the grandkids, loved the hard packed, sandy bottom. Had breakfasts, lunches and dinners on the deck next to the lake. We enjoyed the area so much we are looking for a place to purchase on the lake.

Our family had an amazing time boating, fishing and swimming. The cottage was comfortable and perfect fir our family (our three children and ourselves). Nice lake and the bottom is sandy by the cottage. It was nice to have air conditioning after a long day on the water! Very nice experience!

Perfect lake cottage
Stayed for a week with my husbands and children (ages 6-12) and the cottage was perfect! The house was well equipped, beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Lake is shallow and sandy - great for the kids.
