The check in was fine. The room was not very clean. The window seal was dirty. The coffee pot still has the old coffee in the filter. The recessed light fixture had no cover. The bath tub did not look very clean. Overall pictures were deceiving.

Comfortable hotel with some issues
Pros:The comfort of the beds.
Cons:Better training for the employees
Location:We cannot help with this as we just stayed here for the night during our trip home.
Our room was comfortable but the halls and elevator were dirty. The elevator had trash in it when we went to our room and the next morning it was still there. For the most part the hotel staff was courteous and helpful however, we had an issue with the employee in the breakfast room. She tried to slam my 89 year old mother in law's hand in a drawer when she was looking for a lid for her coffee cup. When my husband tried to explain to the woman that his mother needed a lid for her cup and that we had been given lids by another employee the woman called him a liar. When he tried to show the woman where the woman put the lids the lady told him there were no lids and threaten to call the police on him. It was a very weird situation and I had to go to the front desk to go get help since it was causing a scene with other guests. The desk employee went and got the lids which were in the drawer that my husband tried to tell the lady about. The lady then got upset with the desk clerk and refused to take the lids. The front desk apologized to us a lot and told us that the lady's behavior was unacceptable and they would make management aware of the situation. There was nothing else done about it.

Very noisy outside.
Pros:Very close to airport
Cons:Reduce the noise
Spoke with Manager and it was quiet for about 20 minutes, but noise outside did not stop until 1 AM.

I learned my experience I need to pay when I booked so I can keep the same price. I booked and pay later, I had to pay $7.00 more each night. This hotel is not too bad of the price and condition comparing to similar hotel. But make sure to pay when you book to keep the same price.

Decent hotel for the price
Pros:Nice staff
Cons:maybe little closer attention to cleanliness of towels and bedding.
Location:location was a little hard to find but somehow I managed to get there and there isn't much near by but we did get Dominos pizza delivered to our room
The check in was fast and easy. The room was mostly clean just had few long black hairs inside of one towel we chose not to use and some more of these hairs were discovered under a pillow on one of the beds so that was kind of not good. Other than that it was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very decent.
