Whether your in town for work, an event, or just visiting, enjoy the country feel in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Midland still close to town. Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath single story home in a quiet neighborhood. 2 car garage. Large front and back yard. RO water system that supplies the house. Lots of parking space. There are also horse pens with shelter and water if traveling with horses and need a place to board or rest.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, dresser, walk-in closet and private bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and large tv.
Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and a bunk bed consisting of a full and twin size bed and closet.

Fully furnished kitchen and a dining table that sits 6. keurig coffee maker and toaster

Spacious living room with couch, love seat and recliner. Watch tv on a big screen tv above the fireplace. Starlink for WiFi

Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Big shop behind house is currently not available but has a big covered area for grilling.

Piped and net wired horse pens with 2 stalled covered area with lights and water trough. Suitable for multiple horses. Lighted feed room.

No smoking in house. No pets allowed inside house.
