Unwillingness to help during a crisis
PROS - The location is the best possible and the apartment is charming, equipped with everything needed. Although early check in was not allowed, we were enabled to store our luggage at a nearby office, 5 minutes from the apartment. CONS - The elevator of the building broke down, and, being on the 6th floor, my husband with back problems had to drag our 25KG luggage down all the stairs in the middle of the night. When this was communicated to Milan Retreats, their answer was a shrug and "what can you do, it's an old building." No solution was suggested, no compensation was offered. We ended up having a horrible night which resulted in physical pain because of their unwillingness to help, which is very unfortunate.

Spacious and close to the shopping area. Great communication. Were able to accommodate our noon check in. Just make sure you pay attention to address you receive from host not address on app. There was an issue with shower handle but they offered to fix it right away. Safe was locked and unable to use it but I am sure they would have been able to fix it. Building was modern and safe. Very nice stay!
