TV did not work. Staff said they were full so could not move..staff very helpful but booked on line so he couldn't do anything about refund.

Our handicap accessible room did not have a walk-in shower. The tub was difficult to get in & out of. There were a good number of hand rails in the bathroom to help. There was even one at the toilet, which was helpful. If your are in a wheelchair, the shower could be a problem. We did not specifically ask for walk-in, nor bring this to anyone's attention as we were only staying one night. Breakfast was plentiful & good.
