Small but nice workout room, pool and jacuzzi clean-all had good hours of availability. On-site restaurant convenient. Shuttle service to/from airport and location very convenient. Overall would definitely recommend.

We booked online and were suppose to get free breakfast and get wouldn't give it to us. And the hotel bar and restaurant we had dinner at the service was extremely slow and it wasn't very busy at all.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had an extremely late flight and arrived in Milwaukee right after midnight from Florida (our body clocks said 1am). The airport shuttle made sure we were comfortable and quickly (but safely) escorted to the hotel. The front desk woman checked us in as quickly as possible stating that "You must be exhausted. Let me get you to your room quickly" and she did. She even offered a later check out time since it was the wee hours of the morning. The room was clean and ready for us. The breakfast buffet included the next morning was a godsend after eating airport food the entire previous day. Everything was full, hot, and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

When we checking in the person on duty,Glenn was extremely pleasant! The next day we got back and couldn't get into the hotel using the secured doors because our keys had been deactivated for some reason. The per so at the front desk, whom I didn't ask her name. Proceeded to lecture me on keeping my keys away from other credit cards and key fobs so that this didn't happen again. While I appreciate the knowledge she was imparting on me. I could have done with out her being inconvenienced by me asking for help to get into the room I had already paid for. I hope in the future they just say I'm sorry that happened. let me make that card work and oh by the way try to keep it away from.... so that you don't have trouble in the future.
