The food service aas terrible and cold. It should be a mircowave and refrigerator in the rooms. I don't think i should have paid 30.00 for two for breakfast and food was cold. No butter for pancakes and when they did bring it it was frozen. Terrible service.

Room not quite ready, we got there 1 hr before 3pm check in, was told would call, we waited 30 minutes for a call then checked again, room was ready. Never got a call

There was a horrible long line of about 20 people to check in at 3:30. Took about 30 minutes to get to the desk to check in. Front desk didn't know if the room had been clean. Had to wait & see if room was clean before were given the key to go up to the room. Major issues with shuttle service to baseball game. Called last week & asked about shuttle service to game as i am in a wheelchair & would be more convenient than driving. Was told that all i had to do was tell them at check in. When i checked in the lady said she didn't know when it was scheduled to go also asked if i got the package deal. Had no clue what she was talking about!! She was going to call me when the shuttle got back. I never got a call telling me when the shuttle would be going. I saw that shuttle was back & asked about shuttle. I was asked if my name was on. I was never told anything about a list. One of my party went down & talked to shuttle driver, he was extremely upset with the front desk because there were people who were not on the list asking for rides to the game. The shuttle ran every 30 minutes, but there were more people than the shuttle could take. We were not guaranteed a ride on the shuttles, so we drove to the game ourself. We then had to pay $20 for parking, that we were not expecting to pay! When we got back to our room, we were going to watch TV. The TV would turn on, but not change channels! They sent security up to fix the tv. He messed with it 30 minutes & couldn't fix it at 11.

Took 3 tries to check in as rooms were not ready. Ugh wedding at hotel at same time and guests were horribly noisy all night. Perfect storm of crap to make stay awful.
