Clean, comfortable and convenient!

Cons: A suggestion with an easy fix might be a second garbage can in the breakfast room conveniently placed near the waffle maker.
For a girls (ok, middle aged ladies) getaway this resort worked out perfectly on our route. The room we chose was standard (2 queens) and very clean. The pillows were a variety of fluffiness which gave us options - thank you - slept well. It was nice for us to have the sink outside the toilet/shower so both areas could be used independent of each other. It did not have the sample bottles (shampoo/conditioner) on the counter but they were readily available at the front desk upon request (we saw someone asking). The concierge was professional, thorough. polite and friendly. The breakfast room was intimate in size, with a good variety of options for food and was kept clean and stocked. The indoor pool/area was on the smaller side but clean (and heated) and popular both in the evening and morning. We would definitely stop here again and recommend it as a nice, quiet, clean, reasonably priced option.

Good Hotel, Poor Customer Service

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
We booked this hotel for a one-night stay and it was very clean, including the indoor pool, the beds were comfortable and it was conveniently located right off the expressway and behind a McDonald's, which made it convenient to grab a quick bite to eat. Overall, I had a good stay, except for my experience with the gentleman that checked me in. There was an issue with my booking, so when I told him we had an extra individual (still within the limit of 4 people allowed in a room), he literally grabbed his head in exasperation and said he had the room setup for only two individuals and was upset. When I booked, the price was the same for either a one king or two queen room, so even if the booking was for one two people, I've always been given the option for a two bed room, because you're not always comfortable sharing a bed with your travel partner. I was already there, so I paid the extra fee of $20, even though I later went back into their site and noticed the difference in price for a four person room was only $10. People do have plan changes and any other hotel would have been accomodating or at least explained the difference in price, instead of making one feel like they had committed a crime for having a change, so his attitude was completely unprofessional. This completely ruined an otherwise, pleasant stay. The next morning, the young lady at the front desk was much nicer.
