The space:
Upon arrival, you'll find your private home entrance with the first door on the right. You will have the whole 2,300 sq. ft. lower flat of this historic home for your stay.

You may choose between three stunning bedrooms with comfy beds and a ton of extra blankets.
-Bedroom 1 offers a king bed with an antique vanity, sitting bench, nightstands, closets, floor length mirror, super soft robes, a moveable washer and dryer, and a large en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a newly refinished bathtub and shower.
-Bedroom 2 inlcudes a queen bed, stunning floor length gold mirror, sitting stools, an antique chest, side table, smart TV, and closets.
-Bedroom 3 is equipped with a full bed, desk, floor length mirror, closet, and en suite bathroom. This bathroom is remodeled with a standing tile shower.
There is plenty of additional sleeping room for more family and friends with two twin sized rolling beds, sofa couch, and large sectional with easily moveable configurations.

The eat-in kitchen features two comfortable bar-height stools and plenty of counter space. Utilize the traditional coffee maker and sip some of Milwaukee's own Colectivo coffee or brew some tea and hot chocolate! There is also a coffee pod machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, cookware, and bakeware ready for your use.

The dining room has a window bench with puzzles and cards as well as a beautiful farmhouse table and seating for up to 8! Also, two large benches and two side chairs.

The boho style sitting room offers a cozy velvet sofa, personal desk with chair, and the infamous swinging chair to sway in as you enjoy the wall to wall windows.

The living room has a giant sectional sofa that can be configured in several ways, even transforming into a large bed! There are two super cozy side chairs framing the stunning new fireplace and large 55 in. smart tv.

Guest access:
You may use the convenient curbside parking and also the personal off street spot in the driveway. The house is the entire bottom floor of a large duplex. You will have your own door and entry way, outdoor bench, as well as front and back yard access.
