The room was clean, up-to-date, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were there to visit our college-age daughters, and watch our oldest perform with the Carroll University orchestra. We liked the convenience of being not far from her campus. It was also nice to have the extra space and kitchen when they came back our suite for dessert after the concert. The only negative was that we parked in the back of our building, where we could see our vehicle from our room. But there was no entrance on that side of the building.

Really should NOT show a picture of the swimming pool when is not available. I did try to call the hotel directly to ask about the pool, but gave up after being on hold for 10 minutes.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was always stocked well even near the end of hours. They keep coffee, hot cocoa, tea, water and juices available all day at no charge. And for the price we’ll definitely return.

Technology gone awry.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Locks.
Location: Location is convenient for whatever you need to do around Brookfield.
Checked in Fri evening. Evidently we had a family of heavy walkers staying above us. Thump, Thump, Thump continuously. We were not checking out until Sunday, however, at 1 pm Sat, they deactivated our entry keys. They were also in the process of replacing all of the entry locks. When we returned Sat afternoon, we had to get new key cards. We did so, but they would not work. back to the receptionist, where she did something to them again, but they would still not work. Had to get a repairman as the batteries in the brand new lock were dead. After replacement, they did work. Next AM, Sunday, we were in the process of checking out, and had to make a couple of trips to our car. After the first trip, the locks once again, would not work. Back to the receptionist, where she re-activated them, but they would still not work. Back to the receptionist again, where she had to enter data onto a special key of her own, return to our room with us in order to open it. I was never so glad to get out of a hotel. I'll never stay here again.

Not bad for extended stay.

Pros: Staff
Cons: Beds
My only real complaint is that the mattresses need to be replaced. When I spoke with hotel staff about this they agreed and said they were working on it. Otherwise a nice older hotel. We liked the mini kitchen. Staff was very nice, made us feel at home.
