This was the worst hotel I have ever visited. We ended up leaving the property after a hour and the hotel refused to give me a refund

I did not get the chance to stay overnight at this property, as booking for the property promised. When I arrived at the property between 10:30 PM and 11:00 PM on the night of Saturday, August 31, 2019, I had been told by the desk clerk, that he did not have any more rooms available, and that he had to turn away 20 more guests that very night. Subsequently, I had shown him my itinerary #, the literature which stated that I had from 3 pm to 12 midnight to check-in on the night of 8.31.19, and that a room were to be held for me, but he did not give me a room, therefore, I never checked-in to the Extended Stay America Minneapolis- Bloomington. DO NOT BILL ME FOR THIS ROOM, AS I DID NOT STAY OVERNIGHT AT THIS PROPERTY. I WILL NOT BE EVER STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY IN THE FUTURE. AN EXEMPLARY EXTENDED STAY AMERICA PROPERTY IS IN DUBLIN, OHIO. YOU OUGHT TO TAKE LESSONS ON HOW TO RUN A PROPERTY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SUGGESTIONS FROM THE OWNER OF THE DUBLIN PROPERTY, AS IT WAS A GREAT PROPERTY TO LODGE AT.

Had no room available after my arrival even though I secured a reservation! I was shifted to the Brooklyn Center hotel location? Added a lot of stress & disappointment to my evening! Parking lot at the Brooklyn Center hotel location had an unplowed parking lot! Disappointed with the whole experience..

Call the hotel to say will be last due to work after arriving was sent away to another hotel and was charge for both hotel now waiting on refund new hotel was dirty and felt upset by management on response to dirty bath towel as for coming back here again no more

Stay away from Extended Stay
Upon arrival walked in room to have an overwhelming cooked food stench hit me in the face. A stench which never left and was overpowering enough to kill an appetite and make it difficult to sleep. There was little to no water pressure. The toilet barely flushed and upon arrival didnt work at all. I had to go hunt down a plunger and clear it myself which took quite a while only to have it stop up again on the very next flush. Was told before booking that the rooms had oversized plush recliners due to the fact that I have ruptured discs in my back and can't sleep on a mattress this mattered. The recliner was half broken, the extended foot portion didnt go past the knee, and the back rest only went halfway up the back. Also, not plush, not comfortable. Needless to say I left the next morning with a full refund. I advise you pick somewhere else.
