Thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey. The Hampton brand did remove the sink drain arm. The drain plug can now be pushed down and stop the drainage. You can always call our front desk for questions or clarification.

This is a very nice Hotel. The desk clerk was able to give me a different room which was much better than the original one given.

Clean hotel, notably friendly and helpful staff. Was a very short stay but I'd recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience.

From the moment I checked in Paris was very helpful on all my questions, and the stay was nice, really like how comfortable the beds are.

bathriom door is awful. It's a sliding barn door with no lock that doesn't completely close all the way. So if you need to use bathroom don't be surprised if others in the room can see you sitting there Went to front desk after we checked in and was told all the rooms have that kind of bathroom door now. Needless to say that will be on my list of things to watch out for and won't be booking rooms at hotels that think this is what us customers want
