Check in time was 3pm. We got there at about 3:10. The room was not ready until about 4pm. They gave us 2 drink tickets while we waited. Then they said that they upgraded our room but it was a very basic room. They also gave us free breakfast tickets so that was good. Overall, I’m not sure that I’d stay here again at $300/ night

Nice hotel, no view, nice bar

Overall very nice. Was woken up by pipes in the middle of the night but other than that it is beautiful
