Very comfortable, amazing staff The only thing We did not like was having to pay 30.00 for both of us to eat the breakfast that was available. Most other places give you this free, with better choices. the food choices were very slim.

The room was dirty when we arrived. I had a concierge level room and at checkin was “upgraded” to another room which was lower level and had medical waste in a trash can, blood on furniture and a burnt incense in the electrical outlet of one of the lights. When I called to let staff know, I was offered another room, but had unpacked and it was late and we were tired. I actually just wanted someone to come and clean but that didn’t happen until next day and they left burnt incense. I spoke with staff and was offered “comp” and was unsure of what that was exactly; however, I never received any discount or service to compensate for this terrible stay during a difficult time (funeral of young nephew). In fact, I am still trying to get receipt for charges both stays which were to be emailed; they were never sent! Also, I have several pending charges for hundreds of dollars that remain on my credit card. Just very disappointed!

The steps going up from the parking lot were slippery. The bathroom floor & bathtub had hair on them. The bartender didn't know how to make a Margarita, and was rude. The price's for the buffet were over priced I felt.

I love the look and the feel of the inside. The location is not prime real estate, but is quiet. I live how clean and kept up the room was. Usually I will go to places and see needs for sealing, cleaning, and fixing, but this exceeded others. Only downside was no free WIFI, differences in early check-in, had to fight for it for a wedding I was attending. No robes. Small things.

Hotel is located at the edge of an industrial park so it was very quiet on a Saturday night. The bed was very comfortable but room air was really dry so I woke with a scratchy throat. It appeared clean overall but I did see a few hairs stuck on the wall of the shower before we used it. I would stay there again. The price was right and all we did was sleep and shower there. We did not use the pool or eat at the restaurant.
