Property in very desirable location just a short distance to the U of M campus with many parks and trails in the area next to Mississippi River. Very close to Vikings Stadium, downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul (in middle of both). Also, many restaurants, breweries, coffee, cocktail bars, etc close by. Home includes updated kitchen appliances, washer/ dryer, king bed in master, patio area, office space, etc.

A home away from home
This place was perfect for our large group of friends having a get together! The beds were comfy, and the house was clean. The things we needed were readily available. We had a wonderful time, and would definitely stay again!!

Saw a few lackluster comments but this was a great stay. Plenty of beds, towels, kitchen equipment location, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Wet towels no toilet paper dirty dishes tvs that didn’t work shower upstairs and tub not working could have shoveled area in back porch for guest and pets

Highly recommended-Great location!
Prime location! Close to downtown Mpls and St. Paul. Also, enjoyed the proximity to the trails along the river for runs and walks! The house fit our family well and was very clean and well-stocked with all of the essentials! Will be back!

The pictures on the VRBO website do not at all accurately describe the rental. There is no artwork on the walls. One of the bedrooms showed two separate beds, but instead had a bunk bed. The main floor living room showed two sofas and a chair in it, but instead only had a pull out sofa in it. The kitchen showed a table and four chairs, and instead had one chair and a bench. We had a group of seven adults staying there. We had to go purchase lawn chairs to put in the living room in order to have places for people to sit, and even then was not enough room. The upstairs bathroom, had duct tape holding the tub drain handle in place. Vents needed to be cleaned as they were black from dirt. Stated there was a desk and chair, but was none that we could find. Be careful about renting this place due to the inaccuracy of the photos and description.
