My spouse noticed that the property is very clean and well kept. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Twice we were in the elevator and visited with folks from housekeeping and maintenance and were impressed with how nice/friendly and helpful they were. Check in was a breeze. This is a downtown area, it's an area that has it's share of problems but the building security was very up to date. Felt completely safe while in/on the premises.

1. Initial Front desk person put me in an uncleaned room upon check in - but staff was great about moving me to new room and gave me drink tickets to make up for error 2. Up check or I was charged for the original unclean room AS WELL AS the room I was moved to. Charged twice for 1 room. 3. Upon calling customer service I was told by two different staff that I was wrong and it was my bank's issue. It wasn't until I talked with Melissa in accounts receivable that she admitted that staff made an error. Why can't people just be honest when an error occurs and we can all move along with our lives?

I did not like that we had a window in our room that looked into what looked like a storage room. And the light remained on in the storage room all night! Very disappointing. There was also a sock from previous guest that was left on the chair behind a pillow.

It’s a very clean and professional property however the beds SUCKED. Hard as a rock. The restaurant however was very professional and AMAZING. Highly recommend the bread pudding with bacon. Bartender was professional and took great care of his customers. Only thing that needed to Improve was the bed.
