Mildew in the shower. No free breakfast. The bathroom has a weird stain spots on the wall

We had stayed at this hotel 12 years ago so we knew the area. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was delicious! The cons were the bathroom tub was not clean (had several stains) and the sliding door came off the track. The air conditioner was too cold, no matter how much I adjusted. But overall we enjoyed our stay. Did not use any other amenities than breakfast.
