"This place was amazing and we where very happy with our stay. I would like to address a few things from other reviews and about the property that wasn’t clear that might help people make a good decisions on there stay cause I had some coming out. 1- our AC worked fantastic and thank god cause it was way hot. 2- my girlfriend is vegetarian and there was plenty of options for her 3- buffet was good for a buffet and have no complaints 4- you do get only a few reservations for the specialty dinning but we stayed 7 nights and got 3 reservations which was plenty 5- the staff from the desk, lobby hosts, bars, waitresses and waiters, room staff, activity where so nice, so polite, and helped us with anything we needed. I wish I could remember all there names but they knocked it out of the park and made it a special stay 6- it says breakfast was included which was weird cause had me worried about all the food but all food was included 7- rooms where cleaned every day and we had no issues and the staff was amazing. 8- they filled our mini fridge every day with has much as we wanted 9- this is a great place for families even though we didn’t have children but would work for anyone. 10- we didn’t catch the night entertainment really but they had some special drinks we had which where awesome. Only downside was it’s further than downtown than I expected but it’s only a 17 dollar taxi ride which wasn’t an issue I would recommend this place for anyone anytim"

"This was my third time at this property! The service was mediocre at best except for a select few who really went above and beyond. Cesar in the Premier lounge was excellent. Carlos and Claudia were kind also. Raul in the steak house made our anniversary special! Mario, the young man at the ceramic paintings area was very nice and very helpful! There was an older gentleman making the pizzas in the snack bar and he was excellent! Mauricio the manager was very nice! Otherwise, service was not great. More food variation would be nice. The beach was so nice and warm, the pools are beautiful. The rooms are huge! I’d absolutely recommend going there!"

"The rooms were great! The entire properties were absolutely beautiful. Very modern hotels set in an awesome area of Puerto Vallarta (South). The food was excellent at every single restaurant as well as at the Rooftop Pools/Bars. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful! We will come back many more times."
