"While I understand that Covid-19 has changed some of the rules regarding cleaning the rooms, we were there for a week and they did not clean the room until the sixth day. And that was after asking to get the room cleaned three times, once after the third day, again after the fourth day, and again after the fifth day. It seemed almost pointless to clean the room the day before we left. We also needed to request towels and toilet paper multiple times. The trash was also piling up in the room, since they were not entering the room. If they are not going to clean the rooms for a week, they at least you let you know up front, and not say they clean on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Clearly that was not the case. It would also be helpful to provide trash bags, so we don't have to pile up trash on the desktops."
