This is a very poorly run motel. I had to return to the office everytime I entered my room to reactivate my keycard. I was walked into my room by staff checking for people that were not supposed to be in their rooms. Overall this a very poorly run motel and hugely overpriced

We recommend to take this place off Travelocity. Toilet was not cleaned and had no towels. Got another room but that room had soap scum in tub, Aircondioner was completely broken, no plate in micro wave and half lights weren't working, moved back to our 1st room, and had to clean the toilet myself which was very discussing. At night had 2 people tryed to get into our room because they thought it was vacant. NEVER will I recommend this place. The staff was nice.

Rooms were not ready until 5 pm. No Wi-Fi as advertised. NO TOWELS AT ALL. Paid over $100 for these awful rooms. We will not be back!!

Even though this hotel was renovated, it is way lacking!!! Blinds were paperclipped (prior damage) to stay hung, shower curtain was hung backwards, too steeile. Room needs area rugs, table, coffee pot! I was willing to give this place a shot but I will not return again.
