Great hotel.

Pros: Easy access to the Hwy and food, shopping, etc. Newer property. Great Breakfast, nice pool and hot tub.
Cons: Great for the price.
Location: University. Bike paths through area. River floats, etc.

Anniversary Trip

This trip was for an anniversary celebration on a budget. I booked the trip over the phone (I usually do so online) so a jacuzzi room could be booked. The agent made an error and we were not reserved the room asked for. online travel website made this right with us and the hotel upgraded our room at no extra charge. The hotel staff, however, was rude about the change and insulted my intelligence at having booked at a travel website (even after stating that we were there to celebrate a happy occasion). I have worked in the service industry and was surprised to be treated so unprofessionally.
