An older property that used to have a good reputation as a nice motel. Not much is being done to keep up appearances and it shows. Customer service was essentially nonexistent at check in and out. There was no welcoming effort made at check in. The room was ok but not thoroughly cleaned. No coffee machine in room but the AC worked at least. $149 is a lot of money for this kind of overnight experience.

It looks like the property had been a different hotel and the Red Lion purchase the building but made no improvements and left it in a very sad state of disrepair and cleanliness. Not what I expected checking into Red Lion.

Morning cleaning staff were very helpful. it looked like the hotel has been something else and Red Lion bought it but didn’t make any changes. Not what I would expect to experience at a Red Lion

The wall/corner near the bed and above the table lamp was spattered with something that looked like food or blood. The swinging door lock was broken and the door jam looked like it had been kicked in recently. This location needs a lot of upkeep/remodeling. And we were charged $25 more than we were quoted on Travelocity.
