This property really needs a serious upgrade. Very small toilet, too few outlets, and the outlets that are there are really loose.

Could not check in when they finally gave me a room I was woken up at 1:30 am by a tow truck driver not even staff on the hotel phone saying they are towing my car they had the wrong room. When I went to check out they told me I would have to wait cause their systems were still down ( they didn’t pay the internet bill) I started crying and said I needed to leave so they took my email and said they would check me out.

There was a used cigarette in the roll of toilet paper. The room was old and dingy, felt like we were trapped in a basement.

I am sorry to hear housekeeping didn't catch the cigarette that was in the roll of toilet paper. We try to catch every possible hiding spot. If you don't like the ground floor rooms, I recommend 2nd or 3rd floor, they don't feel like a basement. Thank for sharing your experience. We will be sure to pay attention to the toilet paper rolls.

Pet owners beware

We were turned away and denied our 2 day 'pet friendly room' booking when we arrived at 10:30 @ night because we have a cat and they only accept dogs...they should specify that 'pet' is code for 'dogs only'...it was really fun to try and find another hotel so late at night... Also we stayed in this same hotel about 8 mos ago and our 'clean' room had a 1/2 drunk bottle of water and a used cup on the dresser - the rest of room seemed clean though...the place was packed so we didn't bother seeing if they had another room - we just dealt with it...kind of gross...now that they denied us this 2nd time with our 'pet' we will clearly seek other hotels when we visit Missoula...
