Private hot springs pools inside lodge. Small but cleans and easy to use. Stairs outside to upstairs rooms a problem for family members that don’t do stairs well. No in room connections phone data etc. clean rustic interior, outside needs repair and paint

From the time I reached the Lodge I was already elated with the area. The beautiful surroundings was all i expected of the Montana woodlands. Then when i entered the Lodge it blew me away. The warmness, coziness and all around atmosphere was as i had pictured it would be. Then the reception i received was great. Jenny and Logan greeted me with big smiles and a warm welcome. After I registered Jenny gave me a tour and told me what i needed to know to make my stay pleasant. In all the places I have stayed at I never once got a tour. When Logan brought me to my room it was much more then expected. it was laid out perfectly. A large four posted log bed that was comfortable. Every thing very clean. Once I down load my pictures i'll be sure to send them to you. The picture displayed on the site does not do it justice. Most of the furniture is all natural wood. I fell in love with a table in the lodge. It was too heavy to pick up or else i would have ran away with it. God willing i will return one day. logan and Jenny are a keeper.

We had to park in a muddy rutted parking lot that was roped off far from our hotel. No wifi, no inter, no tv. Not what I signed up for to say the least! I should have been offered a room at the main lodge.

Really Not Good

Pros: Desk staff was very nice.
Cons: Outpost rooms are shoddy and uncomfortable. Update them or stop renting them!!
First off, desk staff was friendly and kind. We stayed in one of the "outpost" rooms. Upon check in the desk staff asked if we wanted to upgrade....I should have taken that hint and done it!! The doorknob was about to fall off, the room is TINY, and the bed awful. Super bouncy.... We were going to stay 2 nights....but couldn't take it. We left so early the next morning the office wasn't even open. Both of us were just ready to get out of there. I imagine the other rooms are nicer but that outpost building ought to be ripped down and rebuilt. I could see daylight around the heater in the wall....the bathroom sink was almost within arms length when I was in bed. The pools were okay...but indoor pools get to smell a bit dank and the floors etc. are so slippery. We say more than one person slip on them getting in or out of the pools. And it is loud in there as sound echoes. The outdoor hot springs is next door but you have to pay a fee to use it. Honestly, I would have rather been in a tent and probably will be going back that direction. The area is spectacular!

We left upon arrival

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything.
Location: This hotel is out in the middle of nowhere.
We drove 25 miles into the middle of nowhere to find this place that we booked online. Upon arrival, we found it to have WIFI only in the main lodge which was a distance from the building that our room was in. The place was rundown; didn't have cellular service or even tv service in the room. It was practically deserted and with good reason. Arriving in our room, we looked around and decided not to stay. We went back to the lodge; returned our keys and left.

Tranquil and Relaxing

I enjoyed my stay very much. I relaxed in the spacious mineral bath spa and it was so nice! The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. The lobby area was attractive and a nice space to unwind, read. I would stay here again and recommend this get away location.

Great Getaway

The lodge was closed and is now back up and running with a new owner and management. Had a wonderful stay. Room was very clean and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Big lobby area with tables, chairs and leather sofas. I'm sure glad we stopped and will stay again on future trips!!!
