Pros: Did not stay there, asked for a hotel in Moab Utah. This hotel came up and I assumed it was the one I was parked outside of, wrong
Cons: It was 40 miles away in the wrong direction. I feel we should be reimbursed for this and if not I will not use Travelocity ever again. Tried to call
Location: when I found out the error but no one answered. We have used your services for a long time but never again if this is not corrected. Very unhappy.
Did not stay there, read below. Not being familiar with the area was not aware this hotel was 40 miles away in the wrong direction.

Very comfortable pet friendly place to stay.

Pros: They let us check in early, two types of pillows available, good pet area with outdoor tables available - see my comments above.
Cons: Can't think of a thing!
Location: Is just a mile off highway 70 - we didn't venture into town.
Our stay at this Holiday Inn Express was pretty close to perfect. We were able to check in early, used the microwave and 'frig, the dog area was easily accessible with a park next door and plastic bags available. There were two types of pillows and the heater/air conditioner was quiet. Couldn't ask for a better night!

Clean hotel for great price

Fast checkin and checkout. Clean rooms, friendly staff. All amenities are available. Would definitely comeback.

Good stay

Nice place to stay. Clean rooms. Kids loved the pool. Wish the pool water temperature was a warmer!

Nice pool and helpful staff

Very comfortable here. We hoped to have a refrigerator and didn't. That would have been helpful for our trips to the National Parks in the area.

Great value for the price

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet, indoor pool & hot tub
This hotel was a great value for the price. While we were there we overheard a last minute booking that was $60 more than we paid in advance so book early. The hotel was a little further from Moab than we expected. It is almost exactly 50 miles from Arches National Park but was a quick highway drive. The hotel offered a free breakfast (self service buffet style) each morning which was much more than we expected. The food was fresh and there was a hotel worker constantly restocking the food. The breakfast included pancakes, eggs, meat (they had bacon one day and sausage the two other days we stayed), biscuits & gravy, bagels, toast, cinnimon buns, juice, coffee, tea and hot coccoa. It was a great start to the day before the long hikes at the National Parks. We met up with friends who stayed right in Moab and paid $10 more per night than we. For their money they had a tiny smelly room in a motel without any food services. We were very glad we made the decision to stay at this hotel and were very pleased with the service we got. We loved relaxing in the hotel hot tub after our long hikes. There are few restaurants in Green River but we did find a wonderful local restaurant near a gas station just a few hundred feet passed the hotel. The food was reasonable priced and they had a large variety of choices.

Not up to your normal standards

This hotel needs some work. A fresh coat of paint for starters. The pipe to my shower head was very loose in the wall.
