Several positives. 1. Full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers and its really good high quality stuff! 2. Comfy beds. 3. Big rooms. 4. Awesome pool and common areas to hang out. Super pleased with our stay!

These people really don’t care right now. They will lie straight to your face and tell you whatever you want to hear and then not come through. I thought we were on a prank TV show. You have to request your room to be cleaned and new towels every day if you want them. We stayed for three nights and requested the towels at least five times. Never received any. We requested our room cleaned three times on the second day. We were promised each time they would be by. No one ever came.Breakfast is a brown paper bag with a muffin and a yogurt in it. Don’t stay here

Hi Jeremy, I'm so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. We are following regulations from our local Health Department regarding not doing housekeeping on a daily basis; however, you should have received the service if you requested it (as well as the towels). I'm also sorry you did not get to try one of the hot breakfast options or cereals; we hope you can be back later in the year when we'll able to reinstate our hot breakfast buffet.
