The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was nice and had a variety of options. The main problem i encountered was getting to the hotel. The sddress was not correct. First Google took us to a busy intersection and then an empty lot. But after we finally got there by calling the hotel and asking them, everything was great. The hotel itself is old, but its being remodelled.

THE DIRECTIONS TO THE HOTEL WERE WRONG ON THE EMAIL ITINERARY SENT ME. A PHONE CALL TO THEM THE PERSON STATED THAT I HAD NO RESERVATION. I AM NOT USING TRAVELOCITY AGAIN ON THIS TRIP. I WILL BE STAYING IN HOTELS AT LEASE 30 MORE TIME UNTIL THE END.

The first room hadn’t been touched by house keeping. Literally the bedding was in made and garbage all over the room. The next room we moved to wasn’t much better. To get to the room was a maze in itself. We needed a simple receipt for reimbursement. They gave us someone else. After a series of calls we were able to get the correct receipt a week later. Never again.
