Customer service was amazing, friendly staff but activities need to be updated with some sport activities or tours. Not a lot of adult activities.

Beautiful property on mobile bay

Great experience but expensive. Did not expect the 15% resort fee on top of the room tax.

Needs a Facelift

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
I spent 4 nights in the main building at this resort. Hot water for the shower was limited and roaches were present in the room. Disgusting when they share the bed with you. The service and food was excellent. The staff was very friendly. The room was dated, but clean. The grounds were well kept and the scenic view of Mobile Bay is nice.
