Would stay here again, staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Was a good rate for the queen studio room. Didn’t get a chance to check out the spa or fitness, wellness amenities or restaurant.

The food was good, the recreational facilities (pool/spa/hot tub) were nice, we checked in and were almost assigned a room my wife would not have been able to access due to her disabilities about a couple weeks prior I messaged them to make the necessary accommodation of a first floor room, but I guess they didn't receive the message through Travelocity however the clerk corrected the matter at check-in, the ground floor rooms could still use ramps and at least one reserved space nearer the building to be more ADA compliant though--every time we went off property for any area activities we wound up having to park further and further from the building each time as other guests without disabilities would take up the nearer spaces for their own convenience. The building we were in also had a huge dead spot for both cell reception and wifi which for the wifi would be something easily resolved with 4 or 5 wifi extenders which are about 50 bucks a piece mounted out of reach from theft in the hallways and common areas. The Cable TV was nice and new, but it was a little annoying seeing that Demo mode information flashing from one side of the screen to the other while trying to watch programming. And while one side of the resort where some stayed looked brand new the side we were staying on could have used a little extra exterior work. Overall though the staff were very friendly, supportive and helpful.

Bed is very comfortable. Decor is a bit dated but cozy and the views are amazing. Best meals and service we have had in a long time. We will be back.

The room we were in was down a horrible flight of narrow stairs with no handrail. In fact my partner - 72 years old, fell down the last turn of stairs to the hotel door - there was no hand rail to reach for to even break the fall. Then inside the room itself - all looked well enough - but the room floor takes off at a downward angle just beyond the bed - enough of a cant in the floor that when I woke to use the restroom about 4am, I nearly fell inside the room due to the tilt of the floor. At the very least seniors should be forewarned when checking in that this room is very difficult to access, to leave and for sleeping- why is the floor at such a slant is all I can ask. The restaurant is great, so I will eat there again, but hope not to stay there again
