"My adult daughter and I were totally pleased. The house was all that was advertised, and more. Clean, comfortable, very well-furnished kitchen. The description stated that there was no central heating, only a space heater. So we were pleasantly surprised to find a gas-powered heater in the living area that kept the house really cozy, even the bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. The nearby beach access is apparently not maintained, so it was a bit difficult for me (83 yrs), but there is another access not much more than a block away in the other direction, which even cars can enter unimpeded. Wonderful wide sandy beach. We recommend this house wholeheartedly! Would love to spend some time there again!"

"We loved the views and easy beach access. Did not use the hot tub but it seemed clean and warm upon inspection. Well stocked kitchen and the comfortable beds were wonderful! It could use a deep clean as there was dust, cobwebs and dog hair in and under furniture. A working light in the master bath toilet room would be nice. The basement/garage has a horrible musty smell that could be eliminated with a little extra effort. *It would be nice to include some instructions for being able to watch the TV's. The Roku remote did nothing, even after trying new batteries? Unable to pull up any other streaming channels? We ended up subscribing on our own account to watch a movie. Remotes without instructions are frustrating for all ages of visitors. **The stove needs a posted warning that when working in that corner of the kitchen it is VERY easy to unknowingly bump the front left burner knob and turn on the gas, minus flame, causing a gas fume chase trying to figure out where it was coming from. Within minutes the fumes were noticed upstairs early one morning while other guests were still sleeping. Overall, we had a wonderful time clamming every morning, afternoon beach walks and relaxing with beautiful sunsets, great meals and drinks on the deck! The hosts were prompt with replies. Thank you! We will likely be back, possibly checking out the 2 identical homes on either side for comparison. Discussing a family vacation with multiple families in the summer! "
