Wonderful Orchard Stay
This unit is on a working almond farm. Safe, with friendly neighbors. Wonderful, gracious hosts who are attentive to your needs and any requests. You will enjoy your stay here. Lemons, oranges and grapefruits were in season while we were here and were shared liberally with us!

Quiet country living
Loved this little slice of heaven. We needed short term rental while awaiting the completion of our new home. This provided the serenity we were looking for. It is close to stores and restaurants while being on a farm. The owners/property managers went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. They are truly special people and grateful they came into our lives.

Home away from home!
My girlfriend and I had the wonderful opportunity to stay at the Skile’s residence for 6-weeks during our clinical rotations. It’s perfectly located between two major hospitals, making easy commutes for the both of us. The furnished guest house made us feel right at home. Lonnie and Nancy even provided some breakfast to make our first day easier! My girlfriend particularly liked how safe she felt at the house, especially when she’d have later night shifts. You must enter by driving through a pathway of almond trees and passing another house on the residence. It really deters any trespassers! Additionally, we loved seeing the local cats, ducks, and frogs on the farm. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone whose looking for a longer stay in Modesto!
