The desk staff were excellent as well as the breakfast. However, I had been looking forward to a bath for a 14 hour drive and the bath tub drain lock was broken so it wouldn’t hold water.

Close to I20 fast on and off location. Stayed here twice in past week both stays were great. I will book again when traveling in this area.

We had difficulty finding the hotel, but the young woman at the front desk was SO KIND. As the first person I would meet, this young lady started my stay in such a great way. The room was great, the TV was really BIG which was good since we had stopped at that time to watch the Super Bowl. The breakfast was good. The only thing not excellent was the shower head, but it was not terrible. The surrounding area is a bit gloomy, but the hotel itself and the staff were great.

When I arrived on 9/17 my bed sheets were dirty. They did have another room for me to move to, but the 1st were was nasty.
