This hotel was very welcoming .

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The staff was very welcoming and made my staff very enjoyable . The hotel is in a very convenient location to the airport , downtown , shopping , restaurants etc . I enjoyed my stay there so much I ' m staying there again early this coming new year .

This was a nice place to stay. We had a good time and it was a positive experience.

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet, cafe
Cons: not enough bath towels
The rooms on the third floor were freshly renovated and nicely done. I wish there had been more towels in the bathrooms though. All in all it was a pleasant place to stay. The staff was friendly and courteous except for the old black custodian who fussed at my 12 year old daughters for walking into the workout room and getting on the exercise machines before we could read the fine print on the wall saying it was for 16 and older. We'd been standing there for 30 seconds and he was all over us.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
I stayed at the Courtyard Monroe for almost a week. It was a very nice hotel and I will stay there again the next time I am in Monroe. Even though the hotel is right off the highway I didn't notice traffic. There are several restaurants nearby, plus the mall is just across the parking lot. Very convenient location. I had stayed my first night in town at a hotel in what is considered "West Monroe" and did not care for it so transferred to the Courtyard for the rest of my stay.

Hotel staff

The hotel staff at front desk were so accomodating. They went out of their way to be helpful. We really appreciated that.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were fantastic, beds were very comfortable, they had a great business area, and less than 5 minutes away from the Monroe airport!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel...

The hotel just finished a renovation in January of this year. The lobby is very welcoming and makes you want to hang out downstairs even if just to people watch! There's a touch-screen TV and food service bar with Starbucks coffee. The front desk service was very accommodating though we had to ask a couple of times for more towels. We would definitely stay here again.
