Breathless will NOT leave you breathless

Pros- new Hotel, room can be controlled by iPad. Bulter service was a nice addition but keep in mind you need to pay him at the end of your stay -you are given a cell phone to reach your Butler). Higher floors have spectacular views (we stayed on 5th floor opposite of where the daily music and partying). Access to Secret Wild Orchid and St James. On the Secrets side we enjoyed Hibachi and French restaurats. Also the CoCo Cafe good coffee, etc... Live Music, Christmas activities where very fun and nice. Breathless Jerk hut I liked the best he had jerk pork which was delicious. Cons-Breathless maid service not good she did not clean well and was rude. The food at all the restaurants including Secrets was always Lukewarm-I like my food sizzling hot and I asked each time for hot food and never got it. Christmas Day it was NO HOT WATER. We had to take a ice cold shower. Service attitude of most of the workers needs to improve. Food at Breathless And Secrets was just okay and needs improvement. Spa- I got and mani and pedi the tech was not experienced which wasn't a good experience for me and she used old Emory boards. We will NOT return to Breathless.

Beautiful but NOISY

Pros: Staff was amazing
Cons: Music! Don't play house music play reggae, pop, oldies ANYTHING else.
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was extraordinary, however they play house music way too loud from about 2pm-8pm and longer sometimes. The hotel price is geared for those 30+, however the hotel is marketed towards the 21 year old. The hotel was under construction which was noisy in itself, but the house music all day and evening was terrible and EVERYONE agrees even the staff. I would recommend staying at their sister hotel Secrets.
